Knowledge, Data, and Relationships

Welcome to 2014!

It’s important to have all the data, but sometimes data isn’t knowledge. You can go online, look up interest rates, even use a mortgage calculator to come up with some numbers on the fly… but is that really useful knowledge when it comes to making an educated decision about your mortgage? Can you trust what you find online or in dated articles written by non-professionals? The answer is no. The benefit of having a one-on-one relationship with a mortgage banker is invaluable in the face of so many contradictory online numbers and inaccurate news reports.

In this video, I talk about knowledge and how important is to have a relationship with my client and their realtor so that everyone has all the data, and knowledge, that they need. Enjoy!
